The nearly perfect sphere containing the water opens up to a collar that holds the flowers. The three sizes accommodate different forms and sizes of bouquets. Returns:
- Return within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only.
- Items must be in original condition with original packaging and receipt.
- Pre-authorization required: Call 631-537-6200 before returning.
- Unauthorized returns incur a 20% restocking fee.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

- Store credit expires 1 year after issue.
Damaged Shipments:
- Keep all packing materials and the damaged item.
- Call within 24 hours of delivery to report damage.
- UPS requires evidence to process claims.
