My order never arrived

Click the 'person' icon at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. What is your return policy?

Merchandise purchased from comerfordcollection.com may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt and in original condition with all original packaging intact in order to qualify for a store credit or exchange. Returns must be pre-authorized by calling 631-537-6200. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No shipping fees are refunded or credited. Properly pack and ship (at your expense) the return to: Comerford Collection, 2442 Montauk Highway, Bridgehampton, NY 11932. Store credit is forfeited if unused after one year from date of issue.
All custom furniture and lighting is final sale. Special orders are non-cancelable, non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer’s defects or damages. Please note that dye lots can vary from the original sample. Custom Furniture is handcrafted. Please allow for slight variations in wood grain and color.

My item was damaged during shipment.

Should any merchandise arrive damaged, please retain all packing materials and product. Since all of our shipments are insured through UPS, UPS will require photographic evidence of the exterior and interior box damage in order to pay any claim. Please call our store within 24 hours of receiving your package with damaged merchandise and we will provide instructions about how to proceed with the claim. We can not be held responsible for packages that are left without signature for delivery.

When will my order ship?

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Comerford Collection has been designing and building custom furniture for discerning buyers for 16 years, starting in 1999 when our first workshop was started. Over the years we have formed relationships with many designers and craftspeople and they have inspired us with the best of locally manufactured products. Bringing together cabinetmakers, glass blowers, metal smiths and upholsterers, we have created a line of private label furniture that is unique and exceptionally crafted.
