Returns:

• Return within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only.
• Items must be in original condition with original packaging and receipt.
• Pre-authorization required: Call 631-537-6200 before returning.
• Unauthorized returns incur a 20% restocking fee.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

• Store credit expires 1 year after issue.

Damaged Shipments:

• Keep all packing materials and the damaged item.
• Call within 24 hours of delivery to report damage.
• UPS requires evidence to process claims.
• Comerford is not responsible for packages left without a required signature.
