Returns:

• Return within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only. Exceptions apply.
• Items must be in original condition with original packaging and receipt.
• Pre-authorization required: Call 631-537-6200 before returning.
• Unauthorized returns incur a 20% restocking fee.
• All custom furniture, lighting and area rugs are final sale. Special orders are non-cancelable, non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
• Send returns to:Comerford Collection, 2442 Montauk Highway, Bridgehampton, NY 11932.
• Store credit expires 1 year after issue.

Damaged Shipments:

• Keep all packing materials and the damaged item.
• Call within 24 hours of delivery to report damage.
• UPS requires evidence to process claims.
• Comerford is not responsible for packages left without a required signature.

• The ceramic base can be gently wiped with a damp cloth if needed—no harsh cleaners or scrubbing.
• Please handle the lamp with both hands, as the glaze can be slippery and the form is not designed to be safely carried with one hand.
• Please do not lift or carry the lamp by the socket, as this could loosen the socket connection from the other components.
• When installing or replacing the bulb, please hold the socket securely with one hand while turning the bulb with the other, to prevent the socket from twisting.
• Please use LED bulbs only, (no incandescent bulbs)

• Since the shade is handmade from paper, please keep all flammable materials and open flames away from the lamp
